      My Banner Bank experience has been nothing but terrible. Every single transaction I ever completed with this Bank needed to be redone. Trying to get tax statements from this bank has so far been impossible. There is a very good reason why I have closed all of my accounts with Banner Bank in will no longer use them

      They were so kind in preparing the paperwork for me to pick up my new debit card at the drive through window after work! BUT When I pulled up I told them my name. They said "great!" And passed me a paper with my date off birth, social security number, banking information, home address, and phone number on it. They asked me to sign the bottom. Then they handed me a brand new shiny debit card. Here is the kicker: THEY NEVER VERIFIED MY IDENTIFICATION. EVER. I then brought it up and asked the ladies to check my ID. One of them said "I looked at your picture on file." IF I ever took a picture with banner bank, it was years ago. Even my drivers license has changed since my last account opened. I am horrified.
