      2021 bank deposited over 11k mistakenly into my account. (then removed it 5 days later). 2022 Bank cashed a check against my business account for $800+ written against a different business ( I caught this mistake). I have banked here for over 8 years. Service was great in the beginning, however last few years branch workers are unpleasant to work with, Kettle people are nice. Got to the point I avoided going to my local branch. Hard to move accounts, but I will finally start!

      Sign at drive through says closes at 6pm but have showed up many times around 5:30-5:45 and blinds are down

      Thank you for the feedback, Crystal. Our drive-thru is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. only on Fridays, and it's open 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. on Mondays-Thursdays. Hopefully, that clears up why we've been closed before 6 p.m. most weekdays.
