I have banked with this company for 5+ years. I was disappointed that they would charge me for a checkbook, as I cannot pay rent with cash. They will charge for a cashier's check. But of you use bill pay, they will mail a payment for you. I have been trying to use this method, but for some reason, the post office delivers the payments to the wrong address, causing late fees for my rent check, or over drafting my account when a check from 1 month earlier finally goes through. I have received multiple over draft fees. Enough that I have fallen behind on several bills. I do not like to be forced to pay a fee for passing my bills. I will be closing my account, and going through another bank. Bad customer service. Do not recommend.
