      Maybe it’s because I lived for so long in a city, but I still love it that my bank-tellers KNOW me when I walk in—they don’t need to “cheat” by getting my name off my deposit slip or account information, and they’re always SO chipper and cheerful in greeting. Banner Bank as an institution is fine, if not exciting—but at the BRANCH level the ladies are awesome!
