      Now you can't go to the bank after work to cash your check because the hours are not open till 6:00 like they were and convenient for everyone now only 4:00 and Saturday is only for a two hour window in the morning the only one it's convenient for is the people that work there

      New hours are lousy for people who get off work at five who can't get to the bank before then on Friday. And now you have to be there before 10am on Saturday to withdraw or deposit money.

      I’ve had accounts at Banner Banks for over ten years. Over the years their fees have increased and their customer service has decreased. Today I closed my accounts and not one employee said a thing about the loss of business. If you are like me, and maintain low account balances and mainly use card transactions then I would not recommend Banner Banks as your primary bank. You would save money and get more benefits by choosing a larger bank.
