      I’m going to close my account because they cared more about a $15 fee, than me personally or what the corporate representative had told me. Small local banks are supposed to be friendly and family orientated. Customer service representatives are supposed to care about the “customer”and do what they can to help them in their time of need. Monica did not and has now cost than my business. For the first time I can say I got treated better at my big corporate bank (us bank) then I have at my down home, family friendly Bank.
