      The sweet lady went out of her way to make my bad day a pleasant day. I've banked with Banterra for awhile. Always been a good experience but yesterday she helped straighten out something plus listened to me ramble. Then there was a sweet lady that helped me with my Pin for my debit card. If you want a great banking experience, I highly recommend Banterra bank. Especially the one in Ridgway. They treat their customers like family.

      Horrible bank they frauded me out of 800 bucks...I have a non overdrawable account...I have never over drawed in two years...but just so happens it happens when my stimulus comes in rude people worst bank ever SCAM ARTIST!!!!!
