      Colleen and her team at the Newbury branch are the best! They are always friendly and happy to help with whatever I need. I love this bank and this branch and I recommend it to all of my friends. Do yourself a favor and bank with Bar Harbor.

      Went in today to make a deposit as I was passing through - mentioned jokingly I was there as the drive thru in Newport was closed ( at the drive thru only location on Rt. 11 ). Turns out that particular branch is closed tues / wed . The sweetheart of a gentleman at the counter informed me none of the branches were closed today and only one branch exists in Newport . He mentioned he had just come from a management meeting in Newport and should know . I had obviously mistaken the construction at the main branch for drive thru closure . Thanks for the tip and bad attitude ! Hope your day gets better - mine did as soon as the door closed . I’ll stick with my local Sunapee branch thanks . And he’s management : (

      Went in to open an account and the woman acted like it was the last thing on earth she wanted to do. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else. Their ATM is convenient.
