      From the very first time I entered this branch I have received THE VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff are always extremely courteous and fast to help with any issue I may have when I come in. The drive thru staff are just as wonderful. I completely recommend this branch to everyone I know. I think you guy's are doing a wonderful job!

      I go into this Barksdale bc it is very close to my house. I have been in there a couple of times and have had great customer service. They were sending out the New chip cards and I did not receive mine, but my other family members did so I went there and they sent out another one to my mailbox bc they said it must have gotten lost in the mail. The lady told me if I have any other problems that I could come back in and he would issue me a new card. I didn’t receive any chip card still three weeks later and on top of that I went in today bc I lost my card w no chip in Dallas on New Year’s Day and I think the guy was Kevin w glasses I could already tell by his terrible way of approaching me that he wasn’t wanting to deal w my issue. I told him what happened and he made a call and told me that they could not issue me a new card and that I needed to check the post office. Which I did, But it was not there and I told him what was I supposed to do about not having a card ? and he told me to check the post office again and made a lot of excuses. He was also cutting me off while I was speaking and I was nothing, but respectful to this man. I said thank-you and left. I was so upset he didn’t cancel my card that I lost or try to help me in any way and that’s not how you do things. So I went to a different BFCU and explained to them what happened at the location on Ellerbe and they gave me a temporary card until they received some new chip cards in the bank for me to pick up. If they could help me why couldn’t the Ellerbe location? That is ridiculous.
