      Went to this particular branch of bfcu, to make a deposit. We stopped here because of the coin machine. Unfortunately it was out of order. We did have the coins rolled so that wasn't much of an issue, at least I thought it wasn't. The teller was extremely rude she stated "well, I will do it for you this time, but you need to have your account number just in case we need to debit or credit your account if it's not right" I replied that we wanted to use the coin machine buy it's out of service, are you writing the number on there now? she says yes, I said let me help. I told her we have turned coins in before and no one has ever said anything about the account number. The point is there was no excuse for her attitude, just state that the account number needs to be in the wrapper, not act like she is doing a favor. We will not return to this branch, because of the lack of customer service. There are many other branches to visit with polite tellers.
