      Jensen Maness offers the definition of truly exceptional customer service! I have been an on again off again member of Barksdale for years, but recently consolidated all of my accounts there. I work in Downtown Shreveport, so I visit this branch frequently. I am met with a warm greeting from the tellers and Jensen both. In the rare occasions that I am unable to make it into the branch, Jensen docusigns me paperwork so that I can sign from my phone. He offers this WITHOUT me having to ask! Jensen takes customer service the extra mile and then keeps going! My experience with this branch could not have been better!

      One of your employees at this location went into my personal account and got my phone number and text me and I don't feel that was professional bc I didn't give her permission to do so

      Worse customer service I've seen. My truck couldn't fit through drive through with my trailer attached so I walked up to avoid going inside because of covid. The teller Emily refused to help me. When I called to speak to a manager, no one would answer then they hung up and wouldn't answer phone again. I will be pulling my accounts from them immediately
