      Many of the account representatives don’t know how their own system works and they can’t seem to follow directions.

      They are predatory and have been manipulating overdraft charges/deposits to gain overdraft fees. Even when you have overdraft protection turned off. A lawyer I spoke to recently said they are the worst bank you can use because of other predatory practices they employ. Do not use BFCU. Go anywhere else.
