Mark and crew were fantastic to work with! Communication was exceptional and really what made the difference for us. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they explained all the steps and guided is through our mortgage process. This was even more important since we didn't use a traditional realtor to purchase our house. After the purchase, the continued regular reporting on the state of our mortgage compared to the value of our house that they send us has been a nice added bonus as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.
