  We have bought a beautiful home from this group. Steve has been very responsive and helpful in the transition to our new home and helping with any repairs.

  Their website says "speed, get things done on your timeline." The process is anything but speedy. We have an investment company that tried to get two fix and flip loans. The whole experience with this company was awful. Their website appears deceiving. for instance, they say "no credit score requirement" but credit was a requirement for us and considered. They claim to finance single family home renovation projects. Communication is horrible. We spent 7 weeks calling their office thinking all along that they were about to finance a couple of single family home projects we had. Both properties were free and clear, no mortgage, and would have met the ARV threshold they have on their website. After doing the appraisal and going weeks with very little information on the deal and empty "any day now" words we were turned down for the loans. They said they didn't feel like the properties would sell. This was in an area where investments properties were being bought and sold for over $150k plus. The whole process was a terrible waste of time and money and no one cared at all. There also appears to be no address on their website. You have to do a web search to find out where they are. I would never recommend this company.

  This company is the biggest scam to work with. DO NOT buy anything from them. They do not stand behind what they do. We have had nothing but problems with a house we purchased from them, with the work they did, and they are now completely unwilling to work with us to make things right. As a result of their faulty workmanship, our roof (which they replaced) has been leaking non-stop, causing black mold to infest our home. We had to move out TWICE, deal with thousands of dollars of medical bills from the kids - due to sickness from the mold, and a house that is now completely destroyed because they slapped lipstick on a pig. Everyone that we were originally working with now "no longer works for the company" (Scott G, Kevin Fixles, Neil Power), and we are stuck thousands of dollars in the hole, and a house in complete disrepair. the sad part about our entire story is, had they been proactive about address this matter on the front end, this entire situation could have been avoided for very little money. I would never recommend working with Barnett!
