      The people working here need proper training on answering a phone, talking to the costumer over the phone and ask if there’s anything else they can help with. Not just hang up! The lady just took my card information and hang up right after. Very rude, disrespectful and that shows that that person shouldn’t be working in costumer service. It doesn’t matter how high the call volume is, you never do that to a costumer.
