Ours was a simple cash transaction. However, none of the involved parties live in Barry County. Seller lives in another state and one of the buyers as well. The other buyers in Kansas City. Dennise was extremely helpful in explaining the process and expediting the paperwork getting emailed to all parties. She also kept us informed of how things were progressing. Cheryl was equally efficient in helping with the final closing and accomodating all parties at long distance. Both of these ladies were attentive, professional and pleasant to work with. My son's and I will be comfortable in doing business with Barry County Title and Abstract in the future.

Make sure u read what u sign and ask questions because they just get your signature DNT explain then after you sign it's a done deal for them very rude to me but very nice to my mother inlaw and husband and the lady explained everything to them still not sure what my total was suppose to be because they wrote one check to one person and have her all the paperwork but it was 2 separate deeds in 3 sperate names how is that even legal
