      I recommend Basmadjian and Jackson! They really helped me keep my grandmother’s house. I needed their help to fix tax issues and combine my house taxes with my house payment; they did this and helped me- like family, when I needed them most! I was able to obtain an FHA loan and keep my grandmothers house- and for that I am truly grateful! Kim and Julie were there for me every step and guided, helped me and strengthened me along the way, even through I lost my son along the way… I will never forget the kindness and professionalism I received and I recommend Basmadjian and Jackson to help you if you need financial help, especially keeping or getting your house.       If you decide not to use them, getting a refund is a nightmare. My sister was going to use them in August 2019 & I used my credit card to pay for the appraisal fee. She ended up not using them & I am still waiting to get my refund. I call & leave messages & have only had 1 call back in September, was told I would get a check & never did. Now they are saying have to refund the credit card used, which is no longer valid from being hacked in late September. We have been contacting them about this the entire time & still nothing. So beware if you change your mind, you may not get any money paid back.
