They have had our taxes since MARCH, they have yet to be filed. We have only been contacted to be told they had to file an extension (which I honestly don’t even know was really done) because they were “so backed up”. I have called MULTIPLE times recently trying to get an update on when the taxes will be complete- they DO NOT return calls or inform you of anything going on- I can only assume it’s because they aren’t doing anything at all! I wouldn’t go back here if they were the last place left in the world. It’s mind boggling to me how they are still in business.

Not a great experience. It’s very disappointing when you trust someone to handle a deceased loved ones personal affairs and they don’t communicate with you and don’t complete services as agreed upon. Not professional or customer service centered . Would not recommend
