      I closed with Bay County Settlements in May 2019 and in January 2020 received a bill from the county that my taxes are delinquent. The taxes were supposed to be paid out in May when we closed. In addition, they will not answer their phone to handle this matter. Will not be using or recommending Bay County Settlements again.
