  Letty made it so easy for me to get a loan. I didn't have the easiest situation but she told me exactly what I needed to do and we were able to close on time. I would never use anybody else for my loan needs.

  What a fantastic experience with Letty Huffman and Bay Equity! Letty made the transaction seamless and handled everything promptly and professionally. She kept both myself and the seller updated regularly and secured a fantastic loan at a great rate. I am a self employed business owner so I had a few challenges when it comes to securing a home loan. Letty made sure the process was simple and she handled absolutely everything! This was also a private transaction so realtors were not involved to pick up and slack and Letty and Bay Equity came through like champs. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Letty!! I would highly recommend calling Letty if you are buying or refinancing a house.

  I was referred to Bay Equity Home Loans through my real estate agent on a Tucson townhome purchase. I assumed the loan was processed and funded locally. What actually happens is all your loan documentation is collected locally by a Tucson representative then the packet is forwarded to California for underwriting. When I showed up at closing there were errors. My loan was a rushed job at best and communication was poor. I have always used Costco's mortgage program in the past with great success. Shame on me, I learned another life lesson about mortgage companies. I would think twice before using Bay Equity.
