      I had no idea how clueless I was when it came to buying a home. We got so lucky that a friend of ours pointed us in the direction of Bay Equity and the hero that he is, Carson Fitzgerald. The amount of attention and knowledge Carson gave my partner and I was incredible. I couldn't imagine getting through it without him. Not only was I blown away by the service, the rate we locked into was far better than we were even hoping for. I can't thank Bay Equity and Carson Fitzgerald enough.

      Every value and trait that a company should have was largely absent throughout our experience with Bay Equity. We were forced to go through several different employees in order to get our loan completed. There was no honesty, respect or communication throughout our entire process. The employees mislead us and were so negligent that we actually almost ended up losing our house, thanks to Bay Equity. I wouldn't recommend Bay Equity to even my worst enemy. It was a truly awful experience.
