  We have bought many houses and worked with numerous mortgage lenders. Melissa at Bay Equity was hands down the best we have ever worked with. She was always prompt in answering or returning our calls, she's incredibly knowledgeable, she and her team initiated communications with us through every single step of the process (we never had to ask or wonder where we were at in the process), and the portal they use for requesting and sharing necessary documents is super easy to use making the process very efficient. We would very, very highly recommend Melissa for any mortgage needs.

  I have been trying to refinance my home for a long time and I always had trouble with other banks including my mortgage company. I have had the tremendous pleasure of working with Teresa Vasquez who help make my refinancing process easier. It has been a speedy and great experience each time we talk about the documentations needed for the loan. She always kept me updated and went out of her way to ensure that all of my questions were answered, no misconceptions, arguments were made and the time for the loan refinancing process was the quickest I have ever experienced.
