      I applied for home loan through Bay Equity Home Loan company (agent: Babak Ali Ghaziani). I was given high reassurance that my loan is processed and expedited and approval is right around the corner. In fact the agent would take days to return text messages, mostly unavailable. When assistants finally got back, the rates and fees were much higher than the other companies! I had 20,000 deposit at risk and was running out of time and these people just kept me hanging. Fortunately thru ough vice of my agent, I also applied thru another agency and got the loan. Days after my deadline, I got a denial letter from Bay Equity siting a ding on a credit report which they knew about from the day one and giving me misleading feedback of my qualifications. This is a last time I use this agency that claims they are the lender and has no middle man!!
