      We have both been through the home buying process a few times separately but this was our first time doing it together. Even though we consider ourselves fairly experienced buyers, we still learned much from our mortgage broker, Jeneane. She is highly knowledgeable about the mortgage process but has a down-to-earth manner when it comes to sharing that knowledge with her buyers. She is respectful, listens and was highly responsive with all of our communication, day or night or weekend or even when she was on vacation! She made us feel like we were her only customer. She made us feel special. The Bay Equity team was professional and courteous and worked to get us closed in a smooth, streamline process. We would highly recommend Jeneane and Bay Equity to anyone, but new buyers especially. The process of buying a home can be so scary but she can be counted on to hold your hand from start to finish. She even came to our closing just to make sure it all went well. We can’t say enough about our great experience!
