I received prompt response and the issue is now resolved. Thank you Ariana. Very Disappointed! I am very disappointed with the bank service. I have called the bank head office and the local branch multiple times to resolve an online bill payment date issue but I am still awaiting a call several weeks later. We have had a mortgage with the bank since 2016, which has been on Autopay for the longest time but they recently started charging us 'late fees' for the same Autopay payments. I called the main office to resolve the issue and I was blamed for the error. After a few tries I then called Holden bank to speak with the Manager, Joe who was a nice person but the case is still not resolved more than two months later.
