  Where do I begin ?.. As a first time at Home Buyer, not only was this a learning step but also a stressful one as it took me almost a year to find my home. Josh is heaven sent! He handled everything efficiently, professionally, and always had a willingness to explain everything throughout the process. It felt great to know that I can trust Josh to give me the best rate and best advice as he is extremely knowledgeable in the loan/ purchasing process. After almost one year, I finally purchased home.. thank you Josh for making the difference. If you want a great loan with an amazing loan officer who makes you feel at ease with his knowledge, and great customer service try Bayburg.

  I tried to work with Adam Bayer at this agency and the experience was awful and grossly unprofessional. As various stages of working together over the course of approximately 3 months Adam encouraged me to settle debts which had no affect on my credit, provided me with inaccurate information regarding my score, pulled my credit SIX times and repeatedly questioned not only THAT I was using an attorney to handle the process but even questioned how much I was paying her. Once I found a more professional and competent individual to work with, her exact words to me were, "He obviously had no idea what he was doing. I'm very sorry you had to go through that experience." She then proceeded to secure a loan in the exact amount that Adam "couldn't," at the same rate. and in a timely fashion. I'm could not be more disappointed with the services, or lack thereof, provided through Bayberg FInancial and Adam Bayer specifically.
