      Absolutely the best! Rob is fantastic! From getting us a prequalification letter immediately to submit an offer to the closing, Rob is the best! Was great at explaining VA loans to the sellers to put their mind at ease. Called us back, easy for our realtor and title company to get a hold of and we even closed on time wow! Thank you Rob!

      Terrible service and no communication. There are too many other reputable lenders out there that do great work but Rob Grazak and Bayou City Mortgage are not one of them. 6/29/21 —In realestate communication is everything. Find a better lender if you want a satisfying and less stressful closing for your clients and all the parties involved.
