I guess we will continue 2021 with the year of one star reviews. I have never had so much trouble working with a bank. I never in all my years had to call a bank so much. I feel like I work for the bank instead of them working for me. In one of my many calls with the bank I was hung up on by one of their customer service agents. Their agents are poorly trained. Several of them I spoke to were not even aware of some of the services they offer.
