  Had to go to the bank 3 times to do a wire transfer that should have been an easy transaction . The banker was niice but the process to wire funds needs to be worked on I was notified after I left the bank it took 3 days for me to send the wire

  Beware Of this financial institution on a whole. Over some time, I have been charged twice for the same loan payments. They always claim errors, they always refund my money, but its an uneccesary hassle and InconvenienceTo get myOther bank account Correct because of overdrafts caused by this financial institution at least 5 times this year of 2021. Is it error, incompence or INTERNAL EMPLOYEE THEFT ??🤔🤔🤔
