  LOVE banking with BayPort! I always feel valued, the staff is amazing, professional and knowledgeable. Anytime we've gone in to sitdown and talk about finances we leave happy and satisfied. It's so refreshing to do business with people who treat you well and care.

  I came to the branch to drop off documentation as instructed by the letter sent by BayPort to my elderly parent so that her account application would be complete. She began process online and it would stay in pending status until documentation recieved. We had the option to upload online but ran into technical difficulties. I recieved absolutely no assistance and was repeatedly told that my elderly mother in law would have to come up there. I kept pointing to the letter that allowed her to open an account online and that it she was approved to be a member but that she either had to upload her documents or drop the off at a branch. The teller displayed such a lack of customer service and concern for the plight of elderly persons during this difficult time. I went to another BayPort Branch and was treated so differently from the moment I entered. Not only did they assist with the task, but the actually took a moment to read the letter!!! They also gave advice regarding banking being the caretaker of an elderly family member. It's the service that anyone off the street deserved. It's a shame I have to drive further from my home to recieve quality service, but momma is all set to go now thanks to THE OTHER branch!

  The folks who receive calls about accounts seem really uninterested in helping and come off very short despite the fact that you're trying to understand discrepancies. First call hung up in record time when I tried to fix my connection. The other couldn't even explain to me what an expiration date meant in relation to a charge that posted today. I wouldn't recommend. I'll stick to my home branch. Extreme turn off when you're trying to better understand a service and folks can't be bothered.
