  I worked with Bayview for 3-4 months providing the info they needed to consider a loan modification . The process was long and the paperwork was redundant at times and the stress factor of possibly losing our home was high! However, I always provided the info they needed in a timely fashion and Bayview came back with a loan modification that was totally unexpected . They understand that bad things can happen to good people. Thank you Bayview for assisting us in saving our home.

  Poor customer service. They keep you stalled with endless emails with a new request each time rather than just giving you everything up front what you need.

  This company is a complete joke. I don't understand how they continue to be in business. Before you even think of using these losers look on the Consumers Affair web site on the thousands of complaints about this garbage company. Many heartbreaking real life situations that Bayview has worked hard to destroy people's dreams. Yes I have had limited dealings with them but was fortunate to realize in 1 phone call they are sharks praying on the less fortunate. Please run fast from them. Save yourself and your family another way. UPDATE: Still garbage in 2019.
