      DBA Pingora had a severe security breach servicing my mortgage. All my financial info including my social security number was stolen from their file storage. They are offering me an identity monitoring to compensate. That means Bayview is offering me nothing since my info was already stolen. What a joke.

      Completely disgusted by the unprofessionalism exhibited by BayView Agents. If you’re looking to speak with the BayView department, be prepared to be on the line for upwards of 1.5 hours with constant redirections to the mainline. Each time a new agent answers, you will have to provide all of your identification information. Think asking for a supervisor will get you properly redirected? Think again. Their agents will just hang up on you. Rude. Unprofessional. Disgusting.
