      Truly the best broker and real estate agent anyone can find in the Bay Area. She has helped us buy our new home (in a very hot market) and sell our old home all at the same time. She also helped us obtain great financing. You cannot go wrong with Susan!

      This interaction between Susan, my wife, and I occurred on March 31, 2022 to view a property to rent. We received a late phone call to view a property on Stokes located in San Jose. We saw Susan waiting for us and before we even entered the property she was just deadpan starting at me and I could just feel the judgement coming off of her. We were rushed through a viewing of the property. She said not pets because the floor was two years old and they were worried about the mess. I was about to say our dog makes no more of a mess than a child, but I did not want to waste my time. I could tell we were not going be considered for property just by her mannerisms and she did not even take the time to read our information we sent to her. Maybe we showed up not being the right color or having jobs that say we make a lot of money.
