      I went to this branch in July 2019. I needed to use their ATM to get cash for a haircut. I paid the ATM fee (since I’m a BOA customer instead of BB&T). The office was clean and staff friendly. That said, I needed to break the $20 into (2) $10 bills - seems simple, no? I was told they could only make change for account holders. The branch was empty, it was a single $20 bill, and I was refused this simple task. Further, I decided to call the branch phone number immediately after to let the manager know about my experience, only to find the phone number found on Google doesn’t work. This experience certainly does not entice me to do any actual banking with BB&T if this is the type of red tape I can expect.

      This review is not just for the branch, but for Ms. Venous. She has got to be the most knowledgeable, professional, courteous, fastest and accurate banker that I have dealt with period. I would give her 10 stars. Keep up the good work and best of luck in your career.
