I went thru the drive thru Twice today before 4. They were closed both times. Bbt is getting worse for their customers. Tired of driving 40 mins 1 way just to use my bank, only to find out they r closed.Try better customer service or tell the patrons ur not going to provide good service and we can bank elsewhere.
