      My bank of over a decade has been swallowed up by a gigantic soulless monolith to gut this former customer centric institution into a soulless zombie that is devoid to and resemblance of its former self. Change is never easy. This wasn't change. This was overall maurading of a regional institution to pillage customers in a new market. Shame on you BB&T for your poor customer service.
