Very nice people but not well trained on how to make deposits into Money or Leap accounts. I have made 9 deposits into my account at this bank since June.Not a single one has gone smoothly. No one new here, just the same incompetent people.

So I had to visit this branch for the first time to make a withdrawal. I do not remember the tellers name. What caught me off guard was when she asked me what the money was for. I hope that this never happens again. I've always loved the way BB&T has always treated me with kindness and respect. I'm not sure but I think that this branch was once a SunTrust bank. It was absolutely no business of this branch associate to inquire why I was withdrawing my money and what I was going to do with it. It was so rude.
