      Will be closing my joint account. They closed a previous account (individual) without notifying me and had nothing to do with owing money. I set up tax money to go into the previous account and had to reroute into my joint account where I didn't want to go into. NEVER AGAIN WITH BBT! Should be notifying your customers before taking action into your own hands in closing accounts without knowing money was expected to go into!

      I will never deal with BB & T ever ever again. Horrible bank.... not just the bank... But the people don't seem to know anything.

      I think i made a big mistake dealing with bb&t when you call then they can't even speak up they sound like a bunch of sneaks i'am going to pay off a small charge i have with one of their credit cards and then i'am going to destroy the card and them i'am going to stay as far away from bb&t as i can and i would recommend anyone else to do the same.
