      I am very tired of their service. Especially the upper management. When I have issues with my business account, I got to the local branch for help. They have no clue, they are not able to help me, and they have me call the 1-800 number. Even now my account is closing for some reason, I went to brand they have no idea why they closing my account and they want me to contact 1-800 number I call them, the cheap and slow reps have same issue, they take note and send that info to managers and all this can take days to weeks. I hope someone from Branch this number to resolve the issue I have been with BB&T over a decade. If management gets this message please contact at G&M mini market and ask for manager or contact the POC on their cel.
