      Customer service is challenging to communicate with over the phone. I love all of my bilingual friends and am super impressed with anybody who can speak multiple languages. HOWEVER every single person I have spoken with there is a MASSIVE language barrier which is SUPER frustrating when we are talking about thousands and thousands of dollars. I would not recommend this company.

      Can not trust this bank. They had a promotion back in Dec. and promised if you open a new checking account and set up direct deposit for 3 months, you will have $200 and additional $50 for a new saving account. I did as required, but i called a few times, they never want to give the $250 reward as they promised. I am closing my accounts. I don't trust them any more.
