      I've been using this bank for years. Even before they moved to this location. The staff is kind and friendly. I have no complaints about this branch, except that since they moved to the new location, they got a new atm machine that keeps getting jammed. They seem to be trying to fix that problematic atm but it also seem that it is out of their hands. It looks like it is a corporate priority issue. This is just my opinion, I'm not sure that is actually the case. They are the closest branch available to me, but if i know that they are closed, I simply go to another branch so I don't have to deal with that new ATM machine.

      Online banking is horrible. I left provident bank for the same reason, but at least I could login check my balance setup bill pay. I can't even get into my account at bcb bank. I called for assistance they told me to reset my password and I did that still unable to get into the account. They told me I have to go into the branch because they don't have technical support!!

      Small community bank feel. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. The have a manager that does notary for free for those with a checking account.
