      My experience at the Bellaire location has been at a concierge level. They are courteous, personable, and professional. As someone said earlier; a lifesaver.

      Rudest banking people I have ever experienced in my entire life!!!!! Reviews are left and the same people are still working there so I guess it speaks for itself!!! Obviously corporate doesn’t care because even management is rude and doesn’t have any customer service etiquette!!!!!!

      Customer service is hit or miss and mostly a miss. I have never understood why getting something done requires so many hoops and hurdles with little direction or explanation coming from the rep that answers their phone. To get something done right you have to ALWAYS go in and when you get there the staff are not nice. That is a small office, joy should be easy to come by. I am only still with them because of the credit union rates. Definitely not the staff.
