      BCU phone services sucks! Why would you offer a call back as a way for customers to avoid being placed on hold for 10+ minutes, just to turn around and have them wait on hold anyway when they do receive a callback?!!

      When you pickup at this location they don’t want you to show up between 2 and 3. They have a crazy check in and have you drive in circles. When they give you a door you will drop your trailer in said door and will be sent across the street to what they call a truck stop. You then have to return to shipping to get your paperwork. After that you are required to go across the street and pickup your trailer. Your trailer will be sealed and you have no idea how your load was loaded or secured. They will tell you that they don’t care if you want to see in it or not and to call your broker. I made sure to do that and to note the BOL that driver was not able to confirm loading of trailer. I personally will not pick up loads from here again.
