      Sincere appreciation to Ms. Susan Bolivar It is with great gratitude that I write this letter. Though it is a fact that the bank is giving me very good service consistently, I cannot be blind to the exemplary and stellar performance of Ms Bolivar of your branch throughout my financial problems. I have always been pleased with the service I receive at your branch. However, Ms. Bolivar's professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. I do not have words to recap the self defying services the person rendered to the bank's clients. I know well that the bank cannot give anything extra positional elevation just for one person. However I request you to arrange to record the fact, in the personal service files and also issue a letter of appreciation to the person, and/or personally convey the appreciation on my behalf. Such persons are assets to your institution and hope that their tribe increases. I also express thanks for all other staff in your bank for their services also.
