  Hello there everyone!!! Ive been coming to this place for over a decade! 😆 I meet the previous owner and he was super nice and friendly always smiling, all the staff are really nice as well. But now is under a new management not too friendly 😬 like the previous one ☝️ but it’s okay not a big deal for me as long they lend me the money I need Im more than great full. That’s why I rated this place a five star because of its previous owner, and the fact even until this day they are still lending you the same amount of money. Hopefully the staff doesn’t change because they always welcome you with a big smile specially the two ladies. May God richly blessed everyone who works there. 🙏🏻

  Yeah this 1 salesman with long red hair not the one with short hair he was actually pretty cool, was very rude and had nothing good to tell me when I bought in my laptop for a loan. When I walked in the vibe was all off and it seemed that since I was a black male , he didn't even want to see if the device worked. I'll never do business with them again. So I went to Huntington Beach pawn and found out that my Lenovo was only 1 and a half years old .they took the time to see how much ram was on it and it was a 16gig pentium chip and the speed was pretty fast and they gave me top dollar on my loan , and funny thing is they know these guys hear and they say they are bad business for my type tattoos black male with a bald head. And that's is exactly what I experienced right when I walked thru the door. Especially from the guy with the long red hair.

  One of those places that set the bar for their business particular in customer service. Grace helped me out and made the process simple, fast and most importantly fair. I was there for a pawn, but I'm sure they have the same level of quality in their sales side, item selection, clear presentation and the rest of the team who work on the floor. Will be back forsure.
