      We rented a property called "Top of the World" in Cayucos through Beachside Rentals as a home base for a wedding at nearby Swallow Creek Ranch. The 5 bedroom house was absolutely perfect for our needs: gorgeous ocean views; a main kitchen:dining:family:living room floor where the family gathered and the bridal party did the "hair-makeup with champagne" preparation; and the street level three car garage where we could store several cars worth of wedding site paraphernalia. The booking with, and briefing from the Beachside Rentals team on the property particulars was very smooth, and they were very responsive to incremental requests: extra day? early check in? no problem. We'd use them again and definitely recommend the Top of the World property

      This is the third year we've stayed in Sunny Hill Lookout for a month, so we really like the property. It is great for a couple and even two additional guests. It is a comfortable residence on the second floor with nice ocean views, and an outdoor patio and surrounding balcony for 180 degree views of Cayucos, the ocean and the surrounding green hillsides. Easy walk to the beach, coffee, antique stores and restaurants. We love this place. We have been renting properties from Beachside Rentals for many years and are very happy with our experience. The staff are friendly and accommodating and will go out of their way to provide you with a nice vacation experience.
