  Dear Mr. Melton, Thank you for being such a positive banking influence in financial industry and in our Charleston community. My family has experienced your efficient practices two times over the last year, and the process has been seamless. I specifically wanted to highlight Deanna, who has been our sole contact through two closings. She has consistently kept us on track with patience, humor, and a human warmth not normally found in banking. She continued to keep us informed every step of the way, and responded usually within five minutes to any question I had regarding our property and paperwork. She was even able to walk my husband, who is wonderful yet maddeningly phone illiterate, through his online paperwork. So DeAnna was not only able to help us close twice within the past year, she singlehandedly kept my husband and me from getting a divorce over the completion of online documents.   Jason and the entire team at Beacon were amazing. I was so impressed with the personalization and professionalism throughout the process of securing a loan. For most lenders, it is a long tedious task but with Beacon it was efficient and timely! I highly recommend and they have a loyal customer that now truly understands what it means to belong to a community bank! Thanks!!

  Great local service. I feel like family everytime I stop by. Honestly feels like my business is appreciated in this bank. I'm not just a number, of a faceless person like with the big banks. Im a member of the community working together with a local bank that is also apart of the local community. So glad I transferred all of my business to this bank. We will continue our relationship and grow together. Thank you to the great, knowlegable, and always friendly staff. You guys rock!
