      I had a savings account and it was never disclosed that there was online banking. I never had access to the account except for when I walked into the local branch. I asked for help to be able to get access to my account after hours was told that the teller had to go to the bank manager. Never given help. Paper statement fees were removed from my account and when I asked to have them refunded bc I never got them I was told that they won’t be doing that and was told I had to call the main branch and the main branch then returned me to the local branch I had the account at. I was told the bank manager had the authority to approve fee refunds and then another person told me that the bank manager does not have that authorization that it had to go to the banks Vice President and that the bank Vice President has stated that he will refuse to refund statement fees. So it’s nice how when you ask for help when you open an account and it’s not given to you and when you close the account and you find an issue and you go to them they don’t want to help you as they claim when you call their number.

      I loved this bank while I lived in VA, but it was an enormous hassle to close my account after I moved.
