      This was the first time I’ve worked with a client using Beacon for mortgage. The client chose to work with Beacon bc their car loan was through them and they did a good job. My clients now very much regret using Beacon for the home loan. It was by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with in over 5 years of selling real estate. Nothing was done on the loan a week before we were supposed to close. The loan officer never explained all the options and requirements to my clients. Communication in general was poor. When trying to reach out to the loan officers manager, we got redirected back to the loan officer. I would never in a million years recommend this company, even if they have the best rate. Not worth the headache to deal with this company
