AMAZING!!! Tim closed a VA loan in 14, yes, FOURTEEN days!!! That is unheard of. They are hard working, friendly, and actually care about you as their clients. We flew in from DC and spent most of our day in their office gather all the paperwork required. They supported our every need. I can’t say enough good things about Bear mortgage!!!

I worked with Jordan about a month ago, I advised her we needed down payment assistance and after I told her that she said she would work with us and call me back. I never received a call back I called about 3 times left her a message and I never received a call back and all this after I had told her I had a bad experience with an agent.

Tim Lindsey and the Bear Mortgage team are great, upstanding professionals, who illuminate every step of the lending process in an easy to absorb way. Our team has done many loans with them and will continue to do so in the future. I did a refinance for my first residence turned rental and it could not have been smoother. The online portal to upload your docs is intuitive and checks your items off as you go. It also gives you a timer to know that you are slacking on getting your information back to one of the awesome loan officers on the team. Highly recommend Tim, Megan, Jordan and Autumn, they are a great bunch of people. Another review on here says “I’m sure Tim would be a nice guy to have a beer with” and I can attest to that being true. In fact, Bear Mortgage hosts a monthly happy hour so you can do that very thing! It’s that personal touch and facetime with the boss that has us choosing Bear Mortgage over and over.
